Delivery of ordered goods will be made via our nominated delivery partner in some cases this will be Australia Post. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. This should result in delivery within the timeframes specified in the table below. Xocolat Amante undertakes to ensure goods are sent in optimum condition, thus Xocolat Amante reserves the right to delay a shipment due to extreme weather conditions to reduce the risk of spoilage.
Delivery is quoted for all Australian locations. Requests for delivery outside Australia should be sent by email to sales@xocolatamante.com.au Each will be considered on an individual basis.

Yes, you can select the Express Post option in our shipping calculator. If your order is placed prior to 11.00am on a weekday, Express Post should ensure next day delivery to the locations specified by Australia Post. We ship from Sydney metropolitan area.
Chocolate is vulnerable to damage by heat, cold, or exposure to water. Therefore you should specify a delivery address where someone will be able to personally receive the package, like the reception at your workplace.
Double-check the delivery address that you enter on purchase. We will not accept liability for late or failed delivery if the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
If you are sending the order to a third party (as a gift or award) it is prudent to advise the recipient of the delivery details, to ensure they make appropriate arrangements for receiving the package.

Dark bars contain 60% or more cacao solids. Light bars contain less than 60% cacao solids. Milk bars contain some milk powder.
