Tasting Notes

Jivara Lait is well finished in the Valrhona style of medium to large squares. It shows milky brown colours reminiscent of walnut kernels with a clean matt finish. Aromas of caramel, toffee and marshmallow tease the nose. A firm snap precedes flavours of biscuity, toasty caramel, marshmallow, a hint of salty and a buttery finish. A smooth creamy melt quickly develops into a rich buttery texture that coats the tongue.
