Manufacturer’s Notes
Santander describes this bar as having a unique character where the bitter taste is stronger yet it presents clear nutty overtones that mix with flowers, reminiscent of hazelnut nuances and fresh garden scents. Very subtle fruity notes appear at the end, not acidic, but with a body. Perfect to go with good Colombian coffee, or a great tiramisu.
Tasting Notes
Large thick squares of dark pecan nut brown chocolate display intense chocolate aromas with strong tobacco notes. A clean, crisp snap introduces a nice creamy textured melt that covers the mouth introducing big vanilla, oaky flavours developing notes of cigar, honey, caramel and butterscotch culminating in a sweet nougat finish.
